Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using PostTide (the "Service") operated by PostTide ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
PostTide provides a social media scheduling and analytics platform. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@posttide.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
PostTide is a subscription-based service. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
If your payment fails, your account may be downgraded or suspended. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
By connecting a social media account, you authorise PostTide to publish content on your behalf at times you specify. You retain full ownership of all content you create and schedule through the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with the terms and community guidelines of each connected platform.
You may revoke PostTide's access to any connected account at any time through that platform's settings. PostTide is not responsible for content published before access is revoked.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PostTide. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of all content you create through the Service. By uploading content, you grant PostTide a limited licence to store and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostTide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a risk to us or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
